I feel when Damon put his vocals on, and I put my backing vocals on – that’s what makes Blur Blur. Instantly, it’s like, ‘Woah, it seems like Blur’. But kind of more like males. (…) I feel the voices are deeper, perhaps richer. There’s a wierd vulnerability, but there’s type of a power. It’s an fascinating factor to be a part of. But extraordinarily constructive. I assumed we have been getting on nice – there was a lot of laughing within the studio, numerous fooling around. We needed to giggle and be silly as a result of it was intense.
